Thomas Orchard death: No action to be taken against police officers

I completely understand what you’re saying, but this is just one of a few incidents where someone has died/been injured following/during police restraint in which no one has been held accountable.

like this although IOPC investigations are still ongoing.

I really do appreciate and respect all of the things police do in an extremely dangerous environment, but sometimes, sometimes bad people get into the job for the wrong reasons and a lot of the time they get away with it. I get that it may be a taught technique, yet if I was taught something which I thought was dangerous, I wouldn’t do it.
