To those people in the world who have access to Universal Healthcare, what experiences could you share with Americans in order for us to understand how it affects your life (positively or negatively)?

it's in french, but you should be able to figure it out. Average time is 13 hours, most performing hospital is a little bit more than 5. Also I should note that, as stated before, the delay to have a family physician for my wife is around 462 days. But average is 369 days ( https://www.journaldequebec.com/2018/08/27/de-longs-delais-que-quebec-camoufle still in french, but you should be able to figure it out). As I said for the rest, for the moment i'm contributing, like my wife (who hasn't been to the doctor in 8 years), but we never know. If we end up having paid way more than our share, so be it. That's part of the deal and i'm ok with it.
