Those of you who self-study: how do you manage it?

Little background on me: I am upgrading all my classes currently to attempt to get into pre med. I have been out of high school for 5 years(grad2014). In high school I only achieved 60s, last year I was diagnosed with a moderate to severe form of ADHD and have been taking medication and seeing a shrink regularly to improve my difficulties with it. I work full time 40hours a week graveyard shift 11pm-7am

Things that I do to improve my studying are: - as mentioned already whiteboards help a lot as many as you want or can afford - apps like forest help you prevent distractions and losing focus - Learning how to learn on coursera (free course) - getting enough sleep - remember that short study sessions are just as important as long ones 5 sessions of 15min a week is just as good as one hour long study session - Pomodoro method from learning how to learn really helps - Organize your study material often so it is easy to use - Make studying enjoyable by do not let it overwhelm you - Lastly understand it's going to take hard work and come to terms with that, there are no shortcuts
