To those who transitioned while working: how did you manage it?

Were you always feminine?

Kinda.

How did you get comfortable letting your feminine side out while not being full time?

Uncomfortably. The more I did it the easier I was on myself.

Did you slowly transition? Did you just come into work one day in full girl mode? How well did it work for you?

Nope. The moment I realized I was transgender I took action. I had one of those like 'alright fuck this!' moments and went full time 7 months into hormones when I realized being treated like a man was driving me insane. Decided I'd rather look like a joke than a man so I made terrible makeup and clothing choices and just went from there.

Did you face any obstacles or challenges to transitioning at work?

No, just plenty of anxiety and awkwardness for a year and a half.
