Yes, it's was a very hard decission to told them we go into NC, they are not in a good place mentally and that's only make it more tough, also I told her I go into NC because sadly I have trust issues and I'm afraid that she is going to find another person and I didn't want to get hurt if that happens, even when she told me she isn't even interested in people and is a non sense thinking that when she had to leave the best relationship of her life, but still my trust issues and my gut told me that NC is the best option for a couple months, I don't know what is going to happen in a future between us, but the anxiety is hard to control these days
