I thought Shoe on Head was a rational person? (FYI, Britain has had handgun ban since the 90’s)

You'll blow off steam by taking it to a shooting range?

That was not the joke but... in a way!

The words well-regulated mean that there's nothing unconstitutional about your gun rights being restricted.

True! Thats why McDonalds cant sell nukes!

A militia is a civilian paramilitary force.

The "free state" regulates the militia.

Hmm... how can a 'civilian force' be regulated by the state? Wouldnt that just automatically make it a State force?

Infringed upon by the federal government.

The second amendment forbids the federal government from passing laws disarming the states.

How does this whole "guns can be regulated" but not be "infringed upon by the federal government" work? Are federal restrictions/regulations unconstitutional?

It is the states themselves and their own laws which grant you your actual rights as a private citizen to own a firearm, not the second amendment.

Oh wow, thats really interesting. Does the same go for every amendment in the constitution? What about the Supremacy Clause?
