I also think for most women they need good fats, protein then a little bit of carbs (when pregnant, they need a lot more carbs, hence weird cravings).

I've noticed that women who eat too many simple carbs tend to have a bloated, square shaped body with high hips and more back fat. Women who eat a good amount of healthy fats and protein seem to have the tradition hour glass or peachy butt shape. I've literally changed my shape by eating eggs and avocado regularly and cutting out snacks/junk food.

For men, they seem to thrive on protein, carbs then a little bit of good fats. Guys eat a ton of carbs and burn it for fuel but women seem to store more of it as fat.
