Thoughts from a socialist

What you quoted from me was a typo. I meant to say economic inefficiency.

With regard to the video and your response, the nature of revolutionary industrial unionism or syndicalism is extremely decentralized though highly organized democracy.

At the smallest unit, a union would consist of workers together. The workers would vote on issues pertaining to them, and elect a delegate to represent them for a very short period of time (1-2 years). This delegate can be recalled at any time.

At the next unit, this union of unions would consist of the delegates that were elected below them. These delegates can only vote based on instructions given to them from below. they make decisions for issues relating to the constituency.

At the next unit, a syndicate would consist of delegates elected from each union of unions. These delegates would make decisions for their constituency based on what was instructed of them from below.

The delegates are required to vote the way they were instructed all the way from the bottom up.

Therefore, this would be an organic revolution, not a vanguardist one. Every individual has the same say as the next person regardless of position.
