Thoughts on ABA companies remaining open in the midst of a global pandemic..

YES THANK YOU. I am now doing home based services when most of the clinics in my state have shut down indefinitely. No one in the homes are practice social distancing, the company has not provided me with sanitary needs such as gloves and hand sanitizer, and now my state has stated that technicians and behavior analysts are required to wear masks. Of course I wasn’t provided with any. I don’t know what to do, I thought I was the only one. I don’t think we should be working for everyone’s safety. BA’s are still conducting Telehealth through zoom, it’s not like they are completely losing therapy. I just don’t understand why RBTs have to enter multiple homes but no one higher up does.
