I'm not doing back squats, conventional deadlifts and incline bench. I have APT which I'm trying to fix. They screw up my squats and it's hard to get into the proper position for deads. Front squats help fix APT and sumo feels more natural to me. Incline bench bothers my shoulders a lot for some reason. My gym only has one fixed angle bench for incline so I can't even experiment with other angles.
Goals are aesthetics primarily, fixing my posture (APT, rounded shoulders) and generally not feeling like shit.
