Three weeks and the scale hasn't budged.

I hear your logical thinking and raise you that I measure/weigh my food. I'm coming in WELL UNDER 1200 calories. I try not to eat anything that I can't measure. I read, scan, and compare my entries on myfitnesspal. I don't know of any other way to ensure the integrity of my cals are who they say they are lol.

I had two back to back cheat days just to see if it would make a difference, scale stayed in same range. Lost weight the first day (still within my 2-3 lb range), gained the 2nd day (still within my 2-3 lb range.)

other than that, i'm a creature of habit. I spent a lot of money getting fat and was consistently doing it. I've created a system that's just as easy and healthier. I don't ever feel the urge to cheat.
