I think the man I have been seeing for the last 9 months is losing interest. We see each other every weekend, and we had an incredible week together last week, we went away (we were allowed in our tier) and stayed in a fancy hotel and ate fancy food. I haven’t seen him since Christmas Eve, and yet we’ve both been off work. We’ve spoken everyday, and I have been up front in asking him if he is distancing and he assures me he’s not, but all signs point towards that. I asked him twice if he would like to spend NY with me at mine, and I kept getting rubbish excuses that he may need to help his dad out with a house build but didn’t know what day his dad wanted him (how that affects tonight I don’t know) and low and behold, he texts me this morning to say today is the day his dad wants help. Yet he’s been on WhatsApp most of the day so quite unbelievable.

I feel like I’m going mad. I’m not 16! I shouldn’t be having these issues. I can’t work out if I’m going crazy, or something is up. So tonight I will be spending it alone... and surely that says it all. If he doesn’t want to spend NY with me (I have no idea who else he would spend it with unless he’s rule breaking...) then maybe I should get the hint. :(
