okay i listened to every song. it could definitely be mastered better so the output is louder but since theyre demos i wouldnt really hold that against it. that aside i like the songs, vocals on Abba are kind of bad at parts, totally flat of the pitch, not everytime but enough to where i keep hearing missed notes he was going for. but the instrumental is chill

but yeah Roy was probably my favorite but i also like the first song. i like the instrumentals on every song though, i also like the vocalist at times. when hes off key it reminds me of Calvin Johnson, which is a very thin line in working and failing. when hes on, especially like the screams and lower crooney notes, he reminds me of Jim Morrison. id much rather the Morrison side. i think it would serve the songs better if he was on key more or screaming more, maybe even shouting . like i get dissonance is a big part of noise rock but imo it works better when the instruments are doing it. off key vocals are just really bothersome, especially on parts where everything is on key and the only thing off key is the vocals, it comes off more bad than punk imo. the Calvin Johnson thing works at times but its not consistent in working

but yeah, thats what i thought after listening too it. id try to get the singer to put as much importance on the vocals as the rest of the instruments, which is easier said than done and maybe he is. but thats the obvious weak link imo, i like the rest and Roy worked really well imo i think because his voice was mostly in a cloud of reverb
