Feeling some sort of way. I was semi moved out/semi asked to move out of a program area at work because I wasn’t really communicating well with my supervisor and felt my skills would be better used somewhere else.

It’s been great, love the new supervisor and a promotion seems like it’s in the works, but may be a few more months. The new person that took my position was hired at a “II” position which is fair, she’s older probably has a lot of work experience.

She teams calls me on the regular and asks a bunch of questions about the stuff I used to cover. Also told me how she really isn’t communicating well with the supervisor and how she feels as if she’s bugging them when she asks questions. Something I tried to communicate to that supervisor while I was in that area.

I truly don’t mind helping, but today I had to work with one of our accountants to look at cost projection stuff and saw her hourly rate. It’s $8 more an hour than me and I’m helping her with stuff on at least a weekly basis and it just feels bad man
