To be perfectly honest, I dont understand this very well and I am not completely sure that the OP is being 100% honest.

If the O.P is being 100% honest, then maybe you should try and find a trusted person who can write what actually happened from your point of view in clear English on no more than 2 sides of a sheet of A4, then ask that person to hand it to the teacher unobserved so that if any of the teaching staff take a negative view you can claim that your explanation has nothing whatsoever to do with you as you A) did not write the explanation in the first place (Someone must have overheard the story) and B) If it is clearly written in plain English (No swear words, no Slang, good grammar) then the teacher should understand things from your point of view. From now on, keep a diary with a written record of everything the teacher say's to you and everything you say to the teacher for one month (Including the context in what the conversation is said on a seperate piece of paper) Photocopy it, then mail it back to yourself (Keep it unopened as proof that you wrote it on a specific date and time) then after a month try and forget the whole incident ever happened then if you have a dispute with the teacher where he is clearly and very badly in the wrong then you have a weapon to use against him which is the unopened diary of what you have mailed to yourself, because you have photocopied what is in the open package then that package never needs to be opened, as long as the teacher plays a reasonable job of teaching you. For a complete record, print off what you have origianlly Posted and your replies to your original Post. That way if the teacher does not do a reasonable job then you can show that you have acted reasonably under the circumstances if 'The mess ever hits the fan'. Good Luck.
