TIFU my girlfriend caught me jerking off to my ex’s nudes

You presented no such examples, and I made no such claims

Your inability to read all the posts I've made is not my problem. Nor does it negate the premise.

The only person who brought up a legal argument is you, who claimed that any image of you is copyrighted, and that you can use that imaginary copyright to revoke ownership of an image

Not of the image, of the likeness, you can keep the picture, but blur the likeness. Just like they do in media pictures without a release.

Stolen photographs have no bearing in this discussion.

Non commercial does not mean stolen, can you English?

Lol I'm not hiding behind anything, I've openly stated that it isn't remotely immoral

The weak arguments you're making are what you're hiding behind to justify saying it's not immoral when it clearly is for reasons i stated.

You have no copyright ownership of your naked body. You incorrectly thought that you did, and had this corrected.

How? Cause you say "nah uh"? Despite the very clear law the right of publicity.

You do not have any right to "revoke consent" of someone possessing a digital or physical image that was taken consentually

Yes you do as a matter of fact, even if the legalities of an action aren't clear due to circumstances. If someone tells you to delete the image, that's then revoking consent. They can do that at will. If you don't listen you're at least morally bankrupt, legally there is avenues of pursuit, but they depend on your use. But even now there's attempts to push through law that once consent is revoked, you must delete the image because the moral obligation is recognised.

But clearly your have no idea of morals.

It's not remotely a gray area, you do not have any right to take back ownership of an image that someone received consentually

No one has tried yet, so we'll see how that goes. Like I said, there's overlap with revenge porn laws here too.

Lol if you believe nude photography is immoral

Watching you shift them goal posts, you know exactly that I'm referring to you keeping the picture after being told not to.

If you don't like the fact that pictures exist after you take them, don't allow people to take pictures of you naked, or send people naked picture

Or they could not be weird and delete them when the relationship changes, imagine that? The real question is, why are you so sore about having to give up something you could get elsewhere without being gross? Do you actually validate yourself by the nude pictures you get?

Lol allowing the picture to be taken, or giving someone a nice picture is the express consent

Consent can be revoked. If you don't have express consent, the standard is that it's revoked, if your relationship changes consent is revoked until you renew it.

Are you too much of a coward to ask if you can keep them after they dump you cause you know they'll say no?

which is absolutely false

Not absolutely, because even you recognised there was factors the paparazzi had to abide by that weren't relevant here. Ie, they weren't nudes.

I got a better idea, stop being a freak and collecting nudes of girls that don't like you any more.
