Tiktok has officially broken me

Tiktok is like all social media. It has good and bad. So far I have been lucky and calculated. When I signed up, I used my past experiences to figure out what I would do. 1. No lingering on content that might entertain, but that I do not want to see - ever. 2. Only watch videos that of the sort I want to see more of. 3. Only like or save videos that I would watch again, 4. Only follow people after checking their profiles and content to make sure I am not following someone who does offensive stuff, 5. If someone turns problematic or new info comes, I unfollow immediately. 6. When tiktok becomes bad for my mental health, I will delete it. If I want emotional abuse, I will use Facebook.

Lastly, ignore the haters and don’t watch the slander videos. All they will do is hurt you. If they pop up, block them and move on - or just move on.
