51% of carbon emissions comes from animal agriculture

I actually mixed up a couple numbers in there.
Animal agriculture is responsible for 18 percent of greenhouse gas emissions, more than all transportation combined. [i] Fao.org. Spotlight: Livestock impacts on the environment.

Livestock and their byproducts account for at least 32,000 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year, or 51% of all worldwide greenhouse gas emissions. Goodland, R Anhang, J. “Livestock and Climate Change: What if the key actors in climate change were pigs, chickens and cows?”

Over 80% of the world grain, corn and soy is grown for the sole reason of being fed to livestock.

70% of US grain production is fed to livestock.
Most farm animals today would be culled anyway if the meat industry shut down. Hell, entire sub-species would go extinct.
I would welcome that if it meant more weren't being bred. Quality of life > Quantity of life.
I'm not sure why the name of a documentary that so very well sourced suddenly makes it any less untrue. But if disregarding something based on its name is all it takes for you, then alright.
