TIL that believing that whites are superior to other ethnic groups isn't racism, and denying a trans person's identity isn't transphobia.

I don't agree specifically with what he said but he has every right to not be shamed by you... Public shaming is just bullshit. I mean, I could go to an album full of you harassing people and post it in this comment but I'm not going to because I'm not an asshole.

Also, I may not always agree with you but I have been more cordial than I could have been after you harassed me and pretended that I was harassing you. Treat people with respect in all cases and you won't have this shit happen to you.

"Also, his bizarre beliefs as to what constitutes bigotry are definitely cause for concern." No they aren't. They aren't advocating abuse. They aren't saying that you aren't allowed to do the things you want to do. They are stating that they do not agree with you. They at no point said that you HAD to stop doing what you were doing. He simply wanted to stop you from going after people. His views on shaming align very much with my own as I have outlined in the past. You cannot shame people and expect them to change, all shaming does is deepen their hatred and yet you advocate strongly towards some sort of culture where shaming is the norm. Yet when people become scared of you and start attempting to shame you, your reaction shows that only your views are allowed to be shown as the genuine article and that everything else is what must be shamed. The world is too diverse for that worldview.

My point is that no one's views on any subject are perfect. Dissension allows for change to occur. The polarization of America and the world needs to stop. You accuse me of supporting gamergate, even though I'm not the person you are actually speaking to, but I am neutral. I believe that both sides are right about things but also get things wrong. I "regurgitate" gamergate opinions because I want to show you what GamerGate gets right and the anti-gg people get wrong. You already know about the problems in gg. I wanted to show you the issues they are correct about.

Also this whole, "Bad Social Science" thing... Aren't these things always changing? What's the point of saying that something is wrong when theories contrary to the mainstream view are being posited and supported all the time. How do any of you know that you are actually correct? To base your life so fully on a theory seems rather odd.
