TIL Bill Murray hired an assistant who 'was profoundly deaf and spoke only in sign language' to make communication as difficult as possible between him, the director and the studio during the filming of 'Groundhog Day'

My friend ended up being my boss one time, if everyone is professional about it and you do your job there will be no problems. Sure fame didn't enter into my situation but he had a much higher position and made far more money, still there were no problems between us because of it.

The hardest thing was me not laughing when he was in executive mode because he was the same idiot I had known for years and we hung out getting wrecked on the weekends fairly often so seeing him go all corporate was hilarious to me on a personal level. Still since I never let any of that out there were still no issues.

Let's face it as much as we love him I don't think Bill was always the easiest person to get along with. As Jason Bateman's character in Hancook says "It's not a crime to be an asshole, but it's very counter-productive."
