That's some grade A fat logic right there. Please please please listen to what I'm about to tell you. If you're a 5'10 male and weight 300lbs you need to eat 3200 calories a day to maintain that weight. If you're a 5'10 male and weight 170 you need to eat 2400 calories to maintain that weight.

That means that to continue to be fat you need to eat more calories than the skinny person meshing you're still over eating if you're not losing weight. You don't just overeat, gain weight and then not lose it. You overeat and continue overeating to maintian that weight.

It's not rocket science, it's clear and simple. Tracking what you eat helped me more than anything else. It helped me start to make good decisions about what I ate and helped me lose a ton of weight (100+lbs).

You have the knowledge now and you have no excuses as to why you're overweight. Take control of your life and fix it. You can change who you are and make yourself into who you want to be. Just take that first step.

You seem to lack empathy for other people, you don't seem to understand that other people may no have the same conditions or experiences that you have.

When it comes to energy expenditure the human body is pretty universal. The failure of people to eat less is really on them at the end of the day. You can make excuses about why you're different but studies show that calories used are pretty much universal for all humans based on height age and weight. I have no sympathy because I know the excuses that I made for years. Some tough love would have gone a long way for me.

Being fit is never easy. It's a decision. With determination that you make every time you go to workout and take control of your eating habits. It's reflective of a character that I want to surround myself with. Not fat people making excuses for why they can't change their lives. Truth is they can they just choose not to.
