You've studied music all your life? How have you studied in a way that's different from most people? You can study it all you want it doesnt change the fact that there is no right or wrong answer about good music because it's subjective. You're supperiority complex oozes out of your comments and it's disgusting. In my opinon you your analysis on metallica reads like a very generic comment from every discussion on them.

If you study music then you're obviously just a learning to be a musical sheep. Music is enjoyed differently by everyone. IMO metallica is a pathetic excuse for music but thats just my opinion. For your benefit I will let you know that it's acceptable to me for you to continue to enjoy the music that you enjoy and I will continue to listen to the music that I enjoy. Apperantly you need that part clarified.
