TIL OJ Simpson hosted a pay-per-view prank show called Juice. In one of the skits, he works as a used car salesman selling a White Bronco with bullet holes in which he promotes the car's "escapability".

That's your opinion, not a fact.

No, it's a fact. It's even enshrined in your constitution. "A defendant cannot be compelled to become a witness at his own trial. If, however, he should choose to testify, he is not entitled to the privilege, and inferences can be drawn from a refusal to answer a question during cross-examination." Fuhrman was called to testify, he did not choose to. Therefore, inferences cannot be drawn from a refusal to answer a question during cross-examination. In other words, Furhman's refusal to answer those questions cannot be used by the jury during their deliberations on the verdict. Fact.

And no, there is no precedent for appealing based on a juror thinking the investigators are not on the level

I didn't say that. I said that if the jurors acquitted Simpson because Fuhrman pleaded the fifth, it would invalidate the verdict.

And the police admitted to getting inside the car, not just observing it from the outside

That was after the blood had been already observed inside the car through the windows though, and by several officers. But that's beside the point. Are you just going to ignore the fact that Simpson admitted to bleeding in the Bronco that night? Why would they have to plant it if it was already there? How can you believe all these incredible conspiracy theories about a frame-up, but at the same time ignore all these extremely incriminating pieces of evidence against Simpson? Doesn't it even cross your mind that the man might me guilty? For what it's worth, here is an earlier comment I made with a list of the key evidence against Simpson. Have a chew on that and see if you can still tell me with a straight face that the man is innocent.
