TIL: One anonymous person controls 50% of LN's liquidity, earning 80c/day for the 200-300 transactions

This will be my last comment because continuing this convo is pointless. you didn't seem to read what i said.

I disagree. Its the reason it stagnated as a currency. Not as a SoV.

Being used as a currency = adoption. SoV is not what makes a currency a currency. My couch also has a store of value, as I could resell it tomorrow for roughly what I bought it for. In fact, it gets softer over time after it's comforted my ass hundreds of times! Seems my couch has greater SoV than BTC which went from $20K to $3.2K last year.

What do you mean? These are the guys with the money. BTC is about to get huge, becoming a huge pool of a SoV from which to securely pull transactions on secondary layers. You can't have a medium of exchange without it coming from a SoV. We are about to get the SoV part.

BTC is a useless coin so who cares? High fees mean it can't be adopted around the world. Second layers are essentially more useless piles of hot garbage.

You can't have a medium of exchange without it coming from a SoV. We are about to get the SoV part.

Actually, it's the opposite. Introduce yourself to metcalfe's law

The propaganda gets exagerated in here and noone outside of these forums even knows it exists.

The propaganda that you talk of is of no concern to a hedge fund manager. In face, the fact that its so hard to change BTC is a major attraction for its use case as a SoV.

Transaction fees don't matter when you are moning millions.

Well duh. Propaganda works best when people aren't aware it's propaganda.
