TIL Pope Clement VIII loved coffee: he supposedly tasted the "Muslim drink" [coffee] at the behest of his priests, who wanted him to ban it. "Why, this Satan's drink is so delicious, that it would be a pity to let the infidels have exclusive use of it. We shall fool Satan by baptizing it..."

Thats...thats not how religion works? You've simultaneously ignored how interpretation of religion works while also giving a strawman to back your own argument. The cornerstone of Christianity that backs your own argument is that no serious Christian would believe that Jesus isn't the messiah. Beyond that, literally everything else is up to interpretation, as even Jesus' own words have multiple translations of their meanings as well as 4 different gospels that have varying interpretations, sometimes widly varying. Believing that everyone goes to hell besides by the grace of god interprets that Jesus' sacrifice to forgive the sins of man was via gods grace, at many different denominations of Christianity may see that in varying degrees of truth.
