TIL: The world record for fasting went to a 456 pound man who fasted for 382 days, consuming only water and vitamins and losing 276 pounds with no ill effects.

I haven't eaten breakfast for around 10 years. Pretty much since i became a teenager and started controlling my own food. Ever since i was a small kid i have never felt hungry in the morning and i have always forced food down because my parents told to me to eat my breakfast. Not only am i not hungry but it literally makes me feel sick in the same way trying to push down a burger 10 minutes after eating thanksgiving dinner, it's so unnatural to me as food is the last thing i want in the morning. Even food generally after i wake up. I usually can't eat the first 2-3 hours after waking up. And in weekends maybe if i go to a party or something and wake up at 3pm i still don't feel hungry and about 50% of the time in weekends i only ever eat dinner without even thinking about it.
