TIL the writers of the bible never met Jesus when he was alive.

We're talking about who may have authored a text, and when your claim is challenged, you just spout off on an unhinged Christian apologetic rant because you're clearly beat?

What a fucking waste of time.

If I discovered I was wrong about who wrote these works, it wouldn’t shake my faith in the least.

Right, because your faith (which is belief without evidence) is not grounded in fact, reason, or knowledge, so it's not like facts, reason, or knowledge would change your mind.

What you have is a superstition as empty as any other. Anything can be believed in the way that you believe in Christianity: ghosts, Bigfoot, the resurrection of Elvis, etc., because faith is not and never has been a tool for discovering truth. Faith is only a cop-out and an excuse, a means to justify believing in something ridiculous which has no supporting evidence.
