Tim Cook to Investors: People Bought Fewer New iPhones Because They Repaired Their Old Ones - Apple finally says that repair hurts its bottom line.

I'm not believing anything. The whole fucking reason why people were pissed at diablo immortal was because it was announced at blizzcon, to a community that expects PC games.

And then the response "do you not have phones?!"

How do you NOT know this?

And afterwards discovering that it was a shitty reskin is what made it worse.

Which btw isn't what you said.

Mobile gaming is growing, and it's pretty popular in Asia and it's growing in popularity here.

Look, I fucking hate mobile games. I plan on playing a whole library of Tetris on a GB emulator, and Angry birds on that phone. I'm not getting it for the gaming aspect. I'm getting it for it's spec aspects as it directly relates to many of the features i need in a camera phone.

But I'm not dumb enough to think that mobile gaming is dying or losing interest.

A phone is a ridiculously stupid platform for gaming IMO, but the game options are there, and expanding and getting more and more popular.

And more companies, not just blizzard, but NCSOFT, Nexon, Webzen, Tencent and many more companies are investing into mobile platforms significantly.

It's a trend I hate and want to die, by god I wish what you were saying was true, but it's not.

Mobile gaming is rising, whether we like it or not.
