Time flies

It's sad that we've reached a point where the Simpsons have been bad for longer than they were pure perfection. So many younger folks who have grown up thinking it's just some "ok" series among thousands since they don't know Simpsons Seasons 2-8 were and still are a pinnacle of human comedy.

They never got to understand, and when they see the old (and what I consider REAL -- post-season 12 is just a soulless ripoff) episodes they get pissed off because they feel they have been denied that same awesomeness. "LOL WTF I didn't know Simpsons actually had funny episodes like this, is this from the newest season and they got better? Wait what -- it's from the fucking 1990's?! Now I get why you older guys say something about the older episodes being better! I never really paid attention since I didn't care for this show because it wasn't funny, so it didn't mean anything to me... but WOW! The ones I saw clips of growing up in the 2000's are like a chinese knockoff! Why aren't they making them funny like that anymore?! I thought The Simpsons was just some generic weird unfunny sitcom with cartoon characters, like Big Bang Theory but no laugh track and drawn boringly with computers! The old ones look much better since each frame is hand drawn and with impact frames making the animation more fluid and lively!".
