Do Jews have a right to displace Germans? After all, it was Germany who started the Holocaust. And yet every time this brought up, Jews are told to get over it. IMO, Zionism is the reaction to European nationalism. Many European people and governments, not just Germans, are guilty of creating the chain of events that would end in the Holocaust. In fact. I would even say that while it is true that certain factors made the Holocaust as we know it possible to start and be as effective as it was, I honestly believe something would have happened somewhere. Just look at antisemitism in places like Spain, France, Poland, and other countries from the late 1800’s to the 1930’s. It would have been pogroms, antisemitic legislation, and perhaps even some form of displacement.
