It's time to quit.. need some guidance

Take vitamin B complex and Vitamin D with magnesium. I swear it has slowed down my hair loss during my taper and has given me energy. I take the B complex 2-3 times a day. Also vitamin C works wonders.

I had started supplementing these during a dose change and it lifted my depression and slowed my hair loss I think. Then I came home from the beach and my fibromyalgia flared up and I forgot to take. My hair started falling out again! I’ve been back on it for 3 days and hair isn’t falling out. It’s worth a try and i would be interested to know if it works for you.

The other advice that helped me tremendously that another Redditor gave me: go for a 30 minute walk followed by a cool shower in the morning. It really jump starts your day and helps with the lethargy.

As far as taper what I do is I stop on Friday and take 2 days off. Then on Sunday night or Monday I take a small amount. I’ve done this twice. For me, it lowered my tolerance so then I could take less. Yes there’s an adjustment period, but it’s manageable. Combined with the walking, the supplements, etc. it’s not agony.

These are my experiences and I can’t say if it will work for you but at least you have something to experiment with. Good luck.
