Is it time to short the big banks again?

Yes. In fact, today I tried to use an ATM with my VISA card. It was declined. I pulled out a second VISA account for my other account. That was also denied. I pulled up my credit union app and confirmed money was in the account. I called up the credit union and they told me over the phone "VISA is having an issue right now across their ATM network. We are aware of it and working with them to get it resolved. Call back tomorrow and we will try to connect you to another credit union in our network and give you a temporary authorization to withdraw cash from our network credit union."

My response, "That sounds like a liquidity problem. How the fuck am I supposed to access my money if you have no physical branches and your ATM network, which has ridiculously low daily withdraw limit, is out of service?"

Short the banks. Shit is getting real. But then again, maybe it was just a "network glitch."
