The Times Cartoon: People's Vote

I see what you're saying but Britain has long traditionally been relatively mild in terms of it's politics. We've never gone hard left or hard right. Europe and other countries have, and has that ever ended well? No.

The lesson of strife being required is one learnt from Europe and one I would rather not suffer through. Labour deliberately not acting also makes them to blame for the strife. I can appreciate Corbyn for changing the conversation on austerity (one to investment), and we could proceed on that basis now. But it seems they want to go further.

They should also note that both sides (hard left or right) rise in these times of strife.
