Tiny composite flake came out while flossing. Should I worry?

My dentist didn’t mention anything about flossing while I was there. I’m not overly forceful or anything while flossing, and use gentle sweeping movements between and along the teeth and if it won’t come out I don’t use pressure, I just pull it out through the sides. I usually have to be gentle as I’ve found my back gums can sometimes be a bit sensitive while flossing. When I looked online to make sure I wasn’t going too hard, that’s what it told me to do. As for hard and sticky foods, I haven’t really been eating any. Whenever I use my waterpik I have it set to medium pressure. I’ve been trying to be as gentle as I can as the tooth I’m getting a crown for is also filled at the moment and very fragile.

I’ve already spent so much money to get these fillings done, I don’t want to mess up my fillings anymore but I don’t really understand what you’re trying to explain about flossing. Do you have any references I can see visually so I can see where I’m going wrong? I tried to search on google, but nothing helpful for me was coming up. These fillings are barely 2 days old, they shouldn’t already be crumbling.
