Again that isn't what you said. You have gone back to edit your comments to say things like "normal house" which i would not argue with, but that isn't what you originally said.

A normal person would not have much success trying to keep a temperate tree inside 100% of the time, i agree. You would need someone knowledgeable about that specific species that could replicated the needed seasonal variations. Doing so is not overly hard but significantly more than growing a tropical tree which requires basically nothing (Ive seen it done for several of the more "finicky" species as well as in aquascaping).

This entire issue arose when you made a very broad statement about trees in general and how they would die if kept inside.
