TIP for beginners

All your points are fair. I agree with some, I dissagree with others.

Your meaning for the word meditation isn't really the same as the meaning I give to the word meditation. To me it means 'building' up your awareness.

I agree but at the same time dissagree that there are alot of different techniques, In my experience you can do it while running, sitting still, walking, swimming... etc but at the end it all comes down to the same thing FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION TO YOUR AWARENESS (BEING AWARE). To me there is not such thing as different kind of meditations since it all boils down to the same thing.

I also dissagree with you saying that 'There is no one size fits all meditation technique'. Like I said to me it all boils down to one thing, building up awareness. They're all basically the same. Altho some techniques work better for some people than others. Everyone is different and everyone has his preffered thechniques, some thechniques work for some people others are alot harder since not everyone is the same. (wich is the point of my post).

You basically made the point that making mistakes is nothing to worry about. I agree completely, as long as you're aware what they do with you and are just in general aware of them.

I think we agree on alot of things, just give different meanings to certain words.
