Tips to bathing when you're UTI-prone

I've been on birth control for about 5 years now and want to have a baby maybe sometime in the next 3-5 years, so I have no reason to consider an IUD right now but HOO BOY does it seem like a nightmare from the women I've heard speak about it.

I've heard of D-Mannose but only after having success with the cranberry pill, and I already dislike having to take a cranberry pill, probiotic, and birth control pill every day. If push comes to shove, d-mannose will be the first change I make in my routine for sure, but for now I'll just keep it as a plan B.

After I took the one bath I've had the courage to take since the UTI-debacle, I rinsed in the shower and also peed. I forgot I had read advice about this previously! Thanks for reminding me.

Interesting choice using sea salt. Does it have the same effect as Epsom salt?

Thanks for all your insight!
