Tips for going to the gym

I have sensory issues regarding heat and textures on my skin.

What helps: Using the towel a lot to just wipe off sweat and if doing cardio, searching for machines which got little fans.

There are a lot of conversations in the locker room after sport courses in the gym. I try to end my workout not near the end time of these courses.

If you are distracted by people watching you when you are finished with your barbell/dumbell, I pro-actively say to that person how many sets are left and most of the time the person searches something else which fits the best for the remaining time.

Maybe you won't like the process of dressing yourself and using new stuff like mandatory flip-flops in narrow spaces: Don't mind putting your towel on the floor and standing on it or just taking your bag to a locker with less people. You pay for this space, it is yours to take.
