Tips for keeping CM interesting with big clubs

Bayern is has been a pretty fun one I recently restarted after plunging into AC: Origins for a while. They're aging, so in the first season you have Robben(34) and Ribery(35) on 1 year deals, Rafinha is on the wrong side of 30 now so you need depth at rb, and then Neuer is 31 so you have the option of grooming the future. Vidal is 30 so you have a decision to make with him soon. You could make the James loan permanent or get a new no. 10 if you even want one, Lewy is 29. So over the first few seasons you're turning over a new chapter at bayern as Muller, Thiago and the defence take over from Ribery and Robben. Juve is in a similar situation in regards to age becoming an issue. Every other big club seems to have depth in youth, and Barca doesn't have the Camp Nou so that might be a buzz kill.
