Ahhh that’s great to hear ! I ended up in a pub in Scunthorpe not long back and they had a mild ( wish I could remember the name ) on draught and my god it went down like milk ! The real meaning of session beer , couldn’t have been stronger than 3.8% if not less but full of flavour.

Kept you at the perfect level for an entire day messing about with the jukebox and playing pool with enough capacity left to go for a chippy after , fall asleep and wake up fresh as a daisy the next morning . Would never be able to do that with a Brew Dog ‘session’ ale . Their idea of a ‘session’ must be less than four pints . As I head into my 30’s lower abv is the way forward personally especially on an all day affair .
