Tired of fighting

How much time have you actually spent playing Skyrim? Because it doesn't sound like alot, first of all. If you're in Whiterun, there are no wolves or necromancers or thugs, and I don't remember any Thalmor soldiers there either but I never actually finished the main quest so maybe that changes. Unless you're the one attacking people, there are only a few times you'll be fighting anything inside a city.

Anyway, it just seems like you want something to compain about honesty.. or.. I don't know, but it's weird. It's like you ordered a cheeseburger but wonder why it doesn't taste like pie. Skyrim is a game about civil war, dragons, magic, weapons, armor, etc... everything about the theme and story is based around fighting. So is Zelda... and The Witcher, and Fallout, etc etc etc. Even then, you can spend a ton of time doings lots of other things if you choose in many of those games.

There are plenty of games that are either not about fighting at all, or mix in EVEN MORE non-combat activites, but you want to pick the ones whose point is to have a lot of combat and complain that there's alot of combat. I don't really understand what you want. If you want suggestions, you've got a bunch and I'm pretty sure you're already aware of the tons of non-combat games all over the place. If you just want to know why there's so much combat, it's because in games with fireball spells and deadly creatures and bad guys, people want lots of combat. If you want to find a game that normally has a lot of combat and change it, then buy a PC copy of Skyrim or any other Bethesda game or any other moddable game and use mods to make it what you want. If it's not any of those things, then what is it exactly that you want?
