TLDR: My current employment practices racial discrimination. Do I need to give 2 weeks notice when I leave?

I took a job about four months ago as an event coordinator for a wedding venue. It seemed like a good opportunity with new management that had a lot of ideas and hopes for the future, and I could be a part of that team. Less than a month after starting, the owner and senior manager revealed to me that it was not their policy to rent the facility to people of color unless they were "desperate for money." I was expected to dissuade couples and organizations of color from hosting their events with us by saying dates were booked or our prices were out of their budget. Of course, I never partook in these practices and did my best to treat everyone with the respect that they deserve. I began looking for other jobs immediately.

Fast forward three months and I have several very good job prospects that could call at any time. When I leave my current position, do I need to give them two weeks notice since I was asked to do something unethical? Are there any major repercussions? The place doesn't have a great reputation in town and I don't plan on using them for references any time soon. I'm just not sure my mental health can handle any more time than necessary here.
