Sorry to comment again but thought I'd reply to this one to better explain some thoughts.

The first three panels are really funny. The joke here being that it's obvious which 'mon is the culprit, but ash is like no way!

The fourth panel would be a solid bonus because the agent would subvert expectations, picking the non obvious pokemon as the possible culprit.

The fifth and sixth panels don't really add to this, instead they essentially beat the joke down, making it somewhat cringe (death penalty for doping seems super forced for the cringe factor). It may have worked if jiggles was actually doping.

Also, I'm not sure why an investigation into doping would be wholesome without death?
