TMs treat "if you like your healthcare you can keep it" as the biggest lie in the history of the nation, but inadvertently point out that it was not a lie when they want to demean poor people

Probably gonna get flak for this, but I think the guy has a point. The guy, not the picture. A human right should be something we absolutely need to live a human life in any circumstance, like food, water, freedom, things that are essential to the human experience.

However, my disagreement comes from that I believe health care should be a legal right. Legal rights are things all members of a society should have that can be provided to them. Healthcare should be a legal right, since it can only really be provided with the technology and structure of a society, but not in a world without such access. There's a big distinction between legal and human rights imo
