This kind of stuff really shows the bigotry of the tech industry, all the while they love to tell the world how virtuous they are. Hypocrites.

I love working with women engineers. They've usually got a different outlook that a room full of guys won't have otherwise. Good things come of this.

That being said, I've worked with some bad ass women that deserve to be at the table, and I've worked with diversity hires that are only there because they're female. Diversity is great, but not when it's forced. I don't care what color or gender you think you are, if you're a bad ass engineer I want to work with you. If you're a jackass, go somewhere else.
