Today's Ayat for Tuesday, 2015-07-28 / 12 Shawwal 1436

Mate that isn't what I meant. I meant if your parents are non Muslims, is being charitable to them as good as being charitable to non Muslims.

No matter that though, I'm very new to Islam, and I don't know everything that is permitted. There is so much Ahadeeth I haven't read, and even the Qur'an I have still been working my way through. So without having looked at all of Islam, how am I supposed to know if is/isn't good to do?

I mean the next verse is this:

Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not.

If someone asked if killing non Muslims was the same as killing Muslims, and you could say "I don't ask enemies their religion", well you should, I mean you aren't supposed to kill other Muslims, even if they're your enemies, because there is Ahadeeth which speaks against it, and even a Hadith which says the kill and the killer would be Punished.

Another example for you would be making dua for non Muslims whom have died, scholars say it isn't permitted, but arguably making dua for someone is more charitable than feeding them or giving them money. You don't say "I don't ask dead people their religion", I mean you don't make dua for those dead people that aren't Muslim.

So please don't be so hostile next time someone asks a question on the morals of Islam, because I am asking the question so that I may learn, not so that I can be scolded by you for not already knowing what is apparently so obvious that I must be some kind of monster to ask the question. And you know what, some people don't have well defined morals, sociopaths don't even have morals.
