Now we're getting somewhere! I appreciate the response. I hate to sound like I baited people into the discussion, but I'm a copyright/IP attorney and this issue hits a nerve ... I've written long, drawn out explanations on here that get downvoted to the pits and so I avoid talking about it. I'm also running out the door so maybe I can write more later ...

Different aspects of IP law protect different parts of the cards - copyright protects the written words and pictures. The professor said explicitly, go, print a copy, and sleeve them up. Copyright law grants the exclusive right to copy a protected work to the copyright holder (Wizards and licensees). When you print them, you're making a copy in violation of that exclusive right. Wizards can sue you on a civil claim, and the feds can bust you on a federal claim. THEY WON'T DO IT! But they can, and small scale copyright infringement has been the basis for some of the grossest and most unfair judgments in history. (A la, every lawsuit the RCAA has ever pursued.) People should be saying, "This practice is illegal like speeding is illegal - Don't be an idiot."

The sheets you linked to contain the words, but not the art. Maybe a court would be more lenient in saying that you're using only a portion for comment or criticism, maybe not. The word "Snapcaster" isn't enough to present a problem, in my estimation.

Wizards doesn't care about these websites or countless others selling proxies like for a bunch of reasons: it doesn't hurt the game, it only increases interest and increases the chance that you will buy one of those expensive cards (supporting its distributors and possibly its tournament scene), it would be very bad for their image and the goodwill they've generated, it would be time consuming, costly, and not rewarding, and the sites and people might have licenses to produce them - I don't know, I don't work for Wizards.

Sorry, I really can't write anymore now but I will look later if you're curious.
