Women blatantly and bluntly shout out that they don't date fat men, short men, short dick men (there's even a song about it), poor men, men with no job, men with no sense of style, and so on and so forth. Women berate men that they think are unfit for dating on television shows, podcasts, and all over the place and it is socially accepted and laughed about. He simply silenced and rejected an arrogant entitled woman who won't take no for an answer with a strong statement. Crying misogyny over something like that demeans the suffering of other women who face actual misogyny. Which rock have you been living under that you are so naive?
