I was told to come here... my side profile changed drastically over the years. Anything you guys can recommend...

Hi! I’m a board certified plastic surgeon; I’ve also done fellowships in craniofacial surgery and aesthetic surgery. Your face’s appearance has changed because your facial skeleton is growing and maturing, and it will continue to do so until your late teens or even early twenties. It looks like you have Class 2 malocclusion, which means that your upper jaw (maxilla) is further forward with respect to your lower jaw (mandible) than it should be. This is really measured by the position of your molars, but you’d need a special X-ray called a cephalogram to see this. Addressing this issue involves a combination of orthodontia (braces) followed by jaw surgery (either bringing your upper jaw back, your lower jaw forward, or a combination of the two- we’d have to see that X-ray to know which is the right choice). In terms of your nose, if you have functional or aesthetic concerns these could be addressed with a rhinoplasty (nose job). Best to wait until your facial skeleton stops growing to have these procedures so your face doesn’t change after what are some significant surgeries. The most important part of this is that if you aren’t having functional problems, all of this is cosmetic, and you should only address these issues if they really bother you.
