I respectfully disagree, I think what you just said is what causes that harm. I am literally shaking right now. I do know what I am talking about and was personally very offended by you saying that i was throwing around "my diagnosis" as if you owned it. I really genuinely am talking about people who suffered a Trauma, then afterwards, retained mental damage and stressors to the point of dysfunctional disorder. I do understand where you are coming from but I humbly submit that the raging identity politics is what is causing so much harm and backlash and i honestly KNOW that what I am doing is normalizing talking openly about the harms that come to us. also, who gave you the authority? the fucking nerve.
